Home Watch
Home Watch is the core of our service lineup. When a home is well cared for and systems are working, it provides years of enjoyment for your family and guests.
Regular inspections catch maintenance needs early and help minimize repair costs. Our team inspects your home at least once per month to stay ahead of potential issues from pests or weather. After every visit, you receive a time-stamped digital report with interior and exterior photos.
Property Service
You can rent your own vacation home—without being on your own. We make sure your home is guest-ready: clean, cool, lights on, spa maintained, and systems working.
- One invoice per month covering all charges, plus one annual statement for taxes
- Low monthly membership includes regular inspections and access to à la carte services
Guest Services
- Guest Opens: systems checks, lights on, A/C or fans on
- Guest Service: from access issues and special requests to spa operation and urgent repairs
- Home Close: post-stay clean, quick damage inspection, and secure the home
- Top-shelf cleaning with clear processes, digital reports, and value pricing

Cleaning Services
As Home Managers, we know how you want your home to look post-clean. We document your preferred “guest-ready” state and pair it with expert cleaning teams for consistent results. Billing is hourly—so you pay only for the work performed.

- Hourly cleans with optional maximum hours to keep you on budget
- Scheduling to match your vacation calendar or by request
- Specialty cleaning: windows, mattresses (steam), dryer vents, grills (deep), carpets, and more
Hot Tub Services
Add Spa Service to your inspection program and our Certified Pool Operator will keep water clean and balanced. You’ll receive updates on water quality and maintenance needs. As needed, we’ll empty, clean, and refill your spa or change filters—so it’s always ready to relax.
